At MAUVAIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium tailoring and streetwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAUVAIS tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
